Join our ownership group as we launch a new location and build a dedicated team from the ground up. We're seeking seasoned technicians with Zerorez field experience who are ready to commit to a 2-3 year journey in a pivotal role at our new base. This position offers the chance to evolve into a field management role as our location expands.
Ideal candidates will thrive on the challenge of establishing and leading a small team, with the opportunity to transition into a key leadership position or leverage their experience to start their own base, supported by our established system of bases.
